Hello, I used this wheel for about 3 months Logic3 with my PS3. The product worked perfectly right out of the box and installed with ease. The wheel has a very realistic grip found wheels that cost more. I would recommend this product highly!
Bewildered - D. TOUPS - Houma, LA, USPlayed with the wheel and my first game had problems. Ok, thought it was me. Tried on two more matches and did the same thing. You lose control of the guide, run into the wall and the wheel echoes only. You have to completely disconnect from the game to try again. Twice I was able to restart the machine, but keeps crashing. I bought it for my grandchildren, but it was too difficult for them. When I "really" driving that I found difficult. They never even had a chance to try.
unresponsive and POOR customer service - Ronald Neville - Dewey, Az USAa lot of problems with the installation and the book has provided very little information. Contacted customer service several times and do not get any good answers to questions, only a general outline. It is as if they have not the faintest idea about this product and do not care to be helpful. My advice .... BUY A DIFFERENT PRODUCT!
