Story In Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2010, players step into the camouflaged shoes of Jack Wilde. A young, confident and skilled hunter and outdoorsman, his potential has been recognized by the mysterious "Orion Order," an ultra-exclusive hunting club with international connections. Even though Jack is still green, the powers that be at Orion are willing to give him a shot at joining, but first he must prove himself worthy. Jack jumps at this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. His test is made up of a series of membership trials against big game and small, in various environments and conditions and utilizing a variety of weapons, skills and techniques. Gameplay Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2010 is played from a first-person perspective featuring a combination of mission play and mini-games that make up the already mentioned hunting trials. Players are guided through structured mission play by their in-game sponsor who contacts them, points them in the right direction and offers tips and warnings in the field as the hunt makes its way across the globe. In each hunt players are graded on a variety of skills ranging from safe navigation across dangerous wilderness terrain, animal tracking, and their abilities at stalking from cover and making clean, efficient kills. Players track game and find their way around the environment using "Hunter's Sense," a type of bullet time in which evidence of animals, varied available cover options to shoot from, specific animal locations and their level of alertness can be seen in a temporarily, slowed down view with on-screen color-coated indicators revealing each. More rapid player movement, including sprint functionality, is available in regular view. Once an animal is sighted in the players weapon scope varying possible point totals are visible on the animal according to where it might be hit with a projectile. These include strikes to the heart, spine, lung and head. During hunts players can quickly and easily change weapons at the push of a button as the trophy animal persuaded requires. In-game weapons range from a variety of rifles, pistols, bows and more which can be unlocked as the game progresses. The ability to correctly use all graded skills gains the player points and medals for each animal players are tasked to bag. In addition to the mission play of big game membership trials, Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2010 also features arcade style, timed mini-game hunts. These are spread throughout the game and feature a mix of birds and small game. Success in these serves the dual purpose of providing the opportunity of challenging marksmanship practice, without penalization in the main campaign and the chance to build experience points in your overall progression. Good way to introduce kids to hunting. Maybe a little to much like arcade for older folks.

The demo was great fun. But once you realize the game and each mission plays the same becomes old. The animals are dumb. I can walk so close to the stalk so that when they looked at me and do not get scared. This game is all just target practice on the 360. the installation. Walk up to 3-4 points sneak coverage for (aging) Find the trophy in the small and felt taken down. Repeat until the boss battle with the bears and cats in the mountains where he survive the attacks madand shoot until dead. Very annoying. Coolest feature is the larger organs, but thats it. Do not misunderstand. And we like a game, but not much fun. He replaces Hunt

This is by far the worst game I ever played! There is no way to play with more players, no way to play with multiple profiles (in other words, my son played Wii Usually His under his name and I play under my WHERE maintain our current levels separated - not with game! - there is only one profile), and the camera "sensitivity" is too sensitive. My son says he would rather play with junk to play this game again! :) And he loves the games!

There was a history of "progressive and there were clashes with other animals (which were really difficult), there are ways that you can get higher scores, following directions, and the camera Bullet is a plus, but the game is Overall not AT ALL WHAT nor my 10 year old daughter EXPECTED! You can not play more than one person! If my son wants to play, I sit and watch him so I can play. This is the game night goes away when you play this game. My son and I playedless than 15 minutes and have now played since. The gun is a flop as well. No Fun It adds to the game at all - only makes it harder. I wish someone had told me how horrible this game was before I bought it!

Multiplayer Game says it is ... is not only a person can play at a time, the graphics are really lame and not as life-like video games in the arcades .... save your money.
