Does not fit back vent on PS3 40gb - G. L. Canter - I just read another review saying that it does not fit the 40 GB PS3. I wanted to read that buying before. My fault, because no good for me. I actually broke the clip on the left side. Go to the website is useless. Copyright 2007 and does not seem to have been updated as well to support?, Forget it. Not to mention I suppose that the guarantee of lifetime. I would recommend not.

Maybe it works, but not for newer PS3's - DD - GAI was happy to have a cooler, more efficient PS3. I have a PS3 already lost to heat exhaustion. So I ordered this for my new 160GB PS3 model, well somewhere along the line changed the layout of the backside Sony PS3. This product can not be on the newer PS3. Not sure when the change was made so I'm not sure which model you may or may not work. It definitely fits my 40GB PS3 died with the PS2 hardware compatibility, but not my new PS3 160GB. So three stars because I do not know ifor how does this product, only that I can use it.
air cooler - D. Rivers - This product seams to work well. My PS3 fan of emergency have not worked since I attacked this. Very quiet, can hardly tell if its blowing air at all. But you have to connect separately turn on and off by themselves. It is not something automatic.
